Philosophy: My approach is always tailored to meet my client's needs, while being informed and inspired by my studies of Applied Existential Psychotherapy which draws from the philosophy and psychoanalytic theory of Sartre, Psychoanalytic Theory, Existential Philosophy, Body Oriented Psychotherapy, Gestalt Therapy and Humanistic Psychology
